Surprise Yourself By Taking Chances

How many times have you had the following conversation? You 're trying to persuade someone to do it, and they're saying, "No, I don't like it." You 're asking them how many times they've actually done that thing and they eventually admit they've never done it, but still maintain that they know they don't want it. That is how many of us are acting when it comes to food, and especially healthy food.
The bare fact about eating healthily is you need to broaden your range a bit. Many of us are going to be bellyache trying a new food, because we like what we're used to.
The things we've been eating for years have been new to us once, too, and the issue is one of being set in our ways. If you try something new every once in a while, you can become better acquainted with the variety and choose the new things you really like.

There is no point in banging your head against a wall of bricks trying to develop a taste for something you don't like. But you're never going to know if you like anything until you actually try it. This is especially true of international cuisine. It may look odd, but millions of people eat it daily, so it can hardly be harmful. Taking a leap of faith and trying another meal isn't going to be your death, so why don't you try something different once a week and surprise yourself with how much you enjoy it?
